Fitness completely changed my life and is my greatest passion. I come from a competitive cheerleading and gymnastics background. At age 17, I was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis and didn’t think I would ever be able to live an active lifestyle. After a few years of feeling sorry for myself, I decided to make a change and never looked back. I began personal training at age 19 and subsequently graduated from UAB with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. At age 25, I turned professional in the fitness division of bodybuilding, receiving the title of IFBB Pro. I perform skills in gymnastics, strength, and flexibility, while also dieting to achieve a certain level of leanness for the stage. Competing has taught me so much about the importance of psychology in fitness. I enjoy helping people become the best versions of themselves both physically and mentally, no matter what level of fitness they are. My personal training background ranges from athletes, cheerleaders, gymnasts, bodybuilders, fitness models, all the way to first timers who have never stepped foot in the gym. I enjoy helping all types of people reach their goals!
